Founding Partner

Partnering with longtime friends Steve Choo and Cervantes Ramirez, also a coworker at Little Branch.  Mr Schwartz left the aesthetic design to the remarkable Mr. Choo and design partner Robert Jamison. Lending crucial health code, service and technical input to the functional design of the main space Mr. Schwartz designed and oversaw construction of the bar and service areas. All licensing and permitting were managed and completed months ahead of schedule ensuring a smooth launch of the food and beverage program created for the Ship.  The Ship was sold in 2017.
