Consultant / Head Bartender

Coordinated with Food & Beverage manager and club management to create opening menu and service protocols for the launch of a new private club in Manhattan.

 

Provided spirit and ingredient source and production details to F&B team for what was then innovative craft cocktail program. Executive chef Dan Kluger graciously shared kitchen space to make it possible.

 

Trained bar and service staff on cocktail program and managed and worked all opening events and grand opening.
