Partnered with Grand Hospitality and hotel management to transform a generic space into a jazz cocktail lounge to coincide with the re-branding of the Tribeca Grand hotel as The Roxy Hotel. From concept through construction and launch in under six months, licensing, food and cocktail program, menu, equipment, staffing and training a truly comprehensive consulting effort met all criteria while preserving the multi-use functionality of the space for the hotel.
