Recruited by the property for the re-launch of the iconic century old luxury resort and members club featuring 15 outlets with over $28M beverage sales since launch.

Created and deployed a unified, property-wide program to ensure consistency in quality and guest experience while maintaining unique identity of each venue. Created a bar commissary  to centralize ingredient production and lower labor costs. Implemented batching and draft cocktails to ensure speed of service at volume outlets.

 Assisted in multi-departmental implementation of new software for beverage ordering, inventory, recipe, cost and data management.

Planned and led ongoing staff trainings, identifying talent, developing bar leadership and fostered involvement in ongoing program development and improvement.

Planned and executed member and guest events.
