Middle Branch was designed with Mr. Petraske from gut renovation to completion as a reflection of the original concept while bringing original aesthetic and functional design fitting the unique brownstone space.  Longtime Little Branch employees Lucinda Sterling and Ben Schwartz were brought in as partners to launch and manage operations.
